Job Overview:
• Work on IT compliance, risk assessment, and control testing
• Ensure internal controls are effective and audit-ready
• Support Agile testing and development processes
• Help organizations improve compliance and reduce risks
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform IT audits, compliance reviews & security audits
• Verify ITGC, application, and cybersecurity controls
• Prepare Risk Control Matrix (RCM) and documentation
• Design and execute control testing procedures
• Identify control gaps and recommend improvements
• Publish audit reports and guide stakeholders
• Work with Agile models and manage testing activities
Required Skills:
• Experience in IT audits, risk assessment & compliance
• Knowledge of IT systems, cloud, cybersecurity & databases
• Understanding of frameworks like COBIT, ITIL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication (technical & non-technical)
• Ability to handle data analysis and audit reporting
