We are hiring an experienced SAP GRC Consultant with strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control (10.x/12.x) to join a dynamic team in Bangalore. This role requires hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and managing SAP GRC solutions with a strong focus on Segregation of Duties (SoD), SOX compliance, audit readiness, and operational risk management.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in production system integration and enterprise risk governance.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage SAP GRC Access Control solutions
Configure and maintain MSMP workflows and BRF+ rules
Manage SoD analysis, risk assessment, and remediation strategies
Ensure compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements
Configure Rulesets, Access Provisioning, and EAM
Design and maintain Mitigation Controls and Compensating Controls
Create and manage Custom Risk IDs
Support LDAP integration and user lifecycle management
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide documentation support
Ensure production system security and audit readiness
🎯 Required Skills & Experience
✔ Minimum 5–6 years of experience as an SAP GRC Consultant
✔ Strong hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control 10.x / 12.x
✔ Deep knowledge of SoD concepts and risk analysis
✔ Experience in SOX compliance & audit processes
✔ Expertise in MSMP, BRF+, EAM configuration
✔ Experience in Ruleset configuration and access provisioning
✔ Knowledge of LDAP integration & user lifecycle management
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ SAP Security & Authorization knowledge (preferred)
✔ SAP GRC Certification (desirable)
