💼 Role Overview
As an Automation Testing Practitioner, you will:
Design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions
Reduce manual testing effort using advanced automation frameworks
Apply automation tools across all SDLC phases
Recommend testing tools and process improvements
Automate test management, reporting, test data generation, and defect tracking
Support continuous delivery transformation within Scrum teams
🔧 Required Technical Skills
Minimum 4+ years in Quality Assurance & Software Testing
Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Hands-on experience with:
Java (1.7+)
Selenium / Appium
Cucumber & BDD Tools
TestNG / JUnit
Ant / Maven
Jenkins
Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
Experience in application change testing and CI/CD environments
⭐ Preferred Skills
Knowledge of ARIC (Feature space)
Experience in Python
Web Services testing experience
Ability to work independently and meet targets
🎓 Education Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
Master’s Degree (Preferred)
