You will work across Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and End-to-End Testing, ensuring high-quality software delivery for global clients.
This role is part of IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers, delivering deep technical expertise to public and private sector clients worldwide.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Design optimized test scenarios and detailed test plans
Estimate testing efforts and define test environment requirements
Perform manual and automation testing
Execute test cases and report test status
Identify, document, and triage defects
Collaborate with development teams for defect resolution
Analyze test results and drive quality improvements
Utilize BDD/TDD approaches and testing accelerators
Contribute to continuous process improvements
🔧 Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Functional, System Integration & End-to-End Testing
Hands-on experience in Manual & Automation Testing
Experience with multiple testing tools
Strong foundation in core testing principles
Ability to create effective test scenarios and plans
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
⭐ Preferred Skills
Experience in Agile methodologies
Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices
Familiarity with Cloud technologies
Exposure to version control systems
