🎯 About the Role
As an Associate QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our software products meet high standards of quality and reliability. You will contribute to designing, implementing, and executing effective testing strategies within the software development lifecycle.
This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who are eager to learn and grow in Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating, executing, and maintaining test plans and test cases
Perform manual testing and execute regression test cases
Run automated test suites using Selenium, TestNG, or Pytest
Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools
Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and resolve issues
Apply QA best practices and continuously improve testing processes
Participate actively in team discussions and product improvement initiatives
🎓 Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Basic understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC
Familiarity with Manual Testing; exposure to automation tools is a plus
Knowledge of Selenium, TestNG, or Pytest is preferred
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in QA & Automation Testing
