Associate Software
Engineer - Backend (Java / PHP)
- Education Qualification: B.E./B.Tech.
- Specialisation: CSE/IT
- Academic Criteria: Minimum CGPA of 7.5
- Experience: 0-1 years
- Year of Passing: 2025 Batch
- Mode of Work: Hybrid - 3 days WFO
- Preferred Hiring Locations: Bangalore and Pune
Candidates must be
prepared to work from either Pune or Bangalore, as the final location will be
assigned based on project requirements.

Roles &
Responsibilities
Java Backend Role
- Design, develop, and maintain Java applications
focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with team members, product owners,
and designers to implement requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide
constructive feedback.
- Lead the design and development of complex
software solutions for cybersecurity applications.
- Mentor team members and provide technical
guidance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and
stay updated on emerging Java and cybersecurity technologies.
PHP Backend Role
- Design, develop, and maintain Securonix Threat
Intelligence Platform - ThreatQ, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with product owners and designers to
implement requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to
process improvements.
- Lead the design and development of complex
software solutions.
- Mentor team members and provide technical
guidance.
- Develop and maintain documentation and stay
updated on emerging technologies in cybersecurity and SaaS environments.
Key Technical Skills &
Knowledge
Java Role:
- Strong expertise in Java and object-oriented
programming principles
- Proficient in Java frameworks (Spring, JSF) and
Microservices architecture
- SQL/Database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Git, RESTful APIs, JSON, front-end basics
(JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Agile methodology, testing frameworks (JUnit,
