Automation Anywhere is hiring Trainee – Associate Technical Support Engineers to join its Customer Support team in Bengaluru. This role is designed for recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in technical or application support. The chosen candidates will gain hands‑on experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise software products in a collaborative, customer‑focused environment.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Assist in providing technical support for Automation Anywhere products such as A360, Bot Agent, and Control Room.

Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot application issues and configuration errors under supervision.

Review logs and automation workflows to identify and escalate common issues.

Respond to customer queries via ticketing systems and live chat with professionalism.

Collaborate with senior engineers and internal teams for problem resolution.

Document common issues and solutions in the knowledge base.

Participate in training sessions to build product and technical knowledge.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent coursework).

0–12 months of experience in technical support, software troubleshooting, internships, or related academic projects.

Basic understanding of Windows and/or Linux environments.

Familiarity with databases (SQL basics preferred).

Awareness of APIs, networking concepts, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with good communication and a willingness to learn.

Program Duration: ~12 months (Trainee/Internship format).

Work Type: On‑site in Bengaluru, India.
