We are looking for a proficient Application Support Engineer who will act as a “software detective” — identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues across critical business systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain application quality, reliability, and performance.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex software environments.
Participate in team discussions and contribute to effective technical solutions.

📘 Required Skills & Qualifications

Good to Have: Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS environments.
Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) for automation.
Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps or application support roles.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (15 years of full-time education).
