Job Title: SAP GRC Security HANA

We’re embarking on a global S/4HANA Greenfield journey and are looking for an experienced SAP GRC Security HANA to shape our SAP security strategy from the ground up. This is a key role for someone who thrives at the intersection of security, compliance, and enterprise architecture.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Define and lead the SAP security strategy across S/4HANA, Fiori, HANA DB, and cloud components
Design RBAC and SoD frameworks for a brand-new global landscape
Implement SAP GRC Access Controls (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM)
Drive compliance across SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements
Lead workshops, partner with global teams, and guide best practices
Support go-live and ongoing security operations.
Must have skills
8 years in SAP Security & GRC roles
Hands-on experience with S/4HANA security and GRC Access Control
Strong compliance background (SOX, GDPR)
Prior Greenfield project experience is a big plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills
Nice to Have
SAP Security or SAP GRC certifications
CISSP, CISM, or similar credentials
