📌 Job Description – GenC
Understand business requirements and create documentation
Develop, maintain, test, debug, and deploy code
Create low-level design components
Understand Agile methodology & SDLC
Develop test scenarios and meet delivery deadlines
Participate in project meetings and technical sessions
Upskill / reskill on new technologies
Strong communication & teamwork skills required
📌 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech – 2025 Batch
Excluded Streams: Leather Technology, Food Technology, Fashion Technology, etc.
Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, UG & PG (No rounding off)
Must have 60% aggregate at the time of joining
No standing arrears allowed
Re-evaluation candidates will be considered only with initial results
CGPA-to-percentage conversion per university norms
Other Requirements
Must be flexible to work from any Cognizant location
Only Indian Nationals / OCIs / PIOs currently residing in India
